Soak overnight any combination of the following seeds:

approx. 1-2 tablespoons flax seeds (not ground)
approx. 1-2 tablespoons Salba, a.k.a. white chia seeds (not ground)
Sunflower seeds
1-2 dates to sweeten per serving

To soak:
Fill a container with your seeds & water, ensure water level is about ¼” higher than your nuts/seeds.  The water will be jelly like in morning, this is normal, throw everything into the blender.

• Add your fruit of choice (that you aren’t sensitive to) bananas, berries, mango, papaya, and/or apples, in any combination
• Add 2-3 fistfuls of greens: any combination of kale; romaine; baby greens; spinach or parsley
• Add ¼ tsp of tumeric (optional)
• Add 1-2 tbsp of fish oil or cod liver oil
• For a creamy texture, add ½ avocado (peeled & pitted)
• For additional protein, add protein powder (optional)
• For a chocolate taste, add 1 tsp carob powder
