Signs that your thyroid might be underactive:

  • Weight gain
  • Sluggish metabolism

  • Inhibited memory
  • Sensitivity to extreme temperatures
  • Feeling heavy
  • Unmotivated and exhausted

Everything is connected and every cell in our body contains thyroid receptors. If the gut and liver are not functioning and producing enough T4 to T3, the body’s cellular health and energy will suffer.
