In local blog ‘Twenty1 Days’ Vancouver blogger Ania Bureacenco incorporates so-called “super foods” into her diet for twenty-one days. The result? A plethora of interesting and delicious recipes, as well as information she comes upon during the journey. Ania’s blog is an inspiration in that it shows us anyone can take the time to educate themself on how foods impact our bodies, how we can incorporate new and beneficial foods into our diet, and how we can ENJOY all of this. Her chia pudding doesn’t look lackluster compared to the pudding cups I see in the store! In reality, it looks 100% more appealing, and knowing that it will nourish my body makes it far more appealing than chemicals in a cup.
