Spring Forward

Hope you are enjoying spring.  We have written some articles that will help you Spring Forward in your health and life this spring.  If we did not cover your interests please let us know for next time.  In this newsletter we cover the connection between your gut and acne, beating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, energy herbs safe in pregnancy, cutting inflammation, and other healthy tips.

Congratulations Dr Nari!

We are extemely pleased to announce that our very own, Dr. Nari Pidutti, won 3rd place in the 16th Annual Best of the City Readers Choice Awards for Vancouver Naturopathic Doctors! This is Dr. Nari's second time winning this award, she place 3rd in 2011 in the Naturopathic category as well.  We would like to thank all of our patients for voting and being apart of our clinic!

Remember Your Health Goals?

At the beginning of the year we wrote the following:

 " We want to encourage you to set some specific health goals that you would like to achieve this year.  We want you to aim high enough on your health goals that you will actually need accountability to reach them.

What are your health goals for this year?

What will you get if you achieve your health goals?

What will you feel if you achieve your health goals?

What are the blocks to you achieving your health goals?

Once you have answered these questions you are ready to set clear time sensitive steps to achieve these goals.  If you are not sure on how to do this or unclear on what steps will help you achieve your goals, let us help you create that plan."

It is time to check in and see how your health goals are going.  If you are on track, well done!  If not, what is holding you back?  Have you noticed any patterns?  What will it take to change these?  What do you need to get you back on track?  If you are still feeling weak in going after your goals it may be an emotional block that is holding you back.  If so, let us help you walk through that block and get the joy of living healthy again.

We hope this spring springs you further than you can imagine!
