January 2014 Health Tips
In this newsletter we give you tips from people over 100, how to build positive traits, a promising IBS treatment, and a must-have home remedy kit.
Happy New Year!!
I’m not sure about you, but for Nari and I it sure feels like the years are flying by faster and faster. This is important to me because in the new year I like to take time to reflect and refocus, and with the hyper speed we are living at it takes a conscious effort to do this.
Reflecting helps me see if I am on course for my goals in life and if I am truly upholding what I say I believe in. Refocusing helps me adjust my life and habits so that I can actually hit the target.
In the next week I would encourage you to consciously take time to reflect on the past year, as well as look at the year ahead to see if you are on target for Your Health Goals. If you are, congratulations and keep up the good work! If you’re not, let’s try sitting down and talking so that 10 years from now you don’t wake up miles away from these health goals.
What I am doing to help me refocus this year:
Start this year with WHY. Why do you do what you do? Be specific! What are you trying to create and why? Why would you want to spend the precious moments of your life doing this? Why does this align with your purpose?
We hope this helps you align your goals with what you are trying to live for in 2014.
All the best,
Drs. John and Nari
P.S. We will be running the Rejuvenate Your Life Cleanse Program again this year. Please let us know if you are interested in feeling better with a cleanse and we can get you organized in the best class for your specific needs.
