The paleo diet isn’t really a diet at all – it simply means sticking to naturally occurring plants and proteins, like humans did before the advent of agriculture. This means eating foods like fish, meat, greens, regional plants, seeds, shoots, and nuts. In essence: leaving out anything that is processed, and the tons of grains that we consume every year but that our bodies often have a hard time adjusting to. Steve’s ‘Beginner’s Guide to the Paleo Diet’ explains (with the help of artfully placed Lego!) how to do it, why it is good for our body, and how we can adjust our routines so that it works for us.
